Bio:
As director of organizational development and inclusive excellence at UCLA Library, Ariane White leads the Library’s efforts to foster an inclusive climate grounded in equity and respect. She collaborates across the Library and campus to promote effective communication and conflict engagement through various initiatives that contribute to the development of a restorative university.
Dialogue Experience/Expertise:
Ariane White is an experienced facilitator of community-building circles and skill-building workshops with over two decades of experience. Her work is rooted in the tradition of restorative practices and draws upon her longstanding commitment to pluralistic community-building. She is an ambassador with the Restorative Practices in Academic Medicine (RPAM) program and an inaugural member of the Truth, Community Healing, and Transformation (TCHT) Coalition at UCLA.
