The DaD Initiative offers a range of opportunities for UCLA undergraduate and graduate students to deepen their engagement with the principles and practices of dialogue.
Bruin Bridge Builders Fund
DaD offers a fund to support UCLA undergraduate and graduate students who either want to access dialogue training opportunities (Training Grants) or plan their own dialogue programs on campus (Program Grants).
DaD Student Internship and Ambassadorship
Student interns are an integral part of the DaD team. The initiative offers an annual opportunity for students with a deep commitment to advancing dialogue on campus to join this team and contribute to our mission. Internship applications open once per year. DaD student ambassadors share about dialogue opportunities and programs with their peers and advance dialogue in their respective activities on campus.

Student Dialogue Network
The Student Dialogue Network is a UCLA student–led, BKI-affiliated initiative that brings together undergraduate and graduate students who are interested in or currently engaged in dialogue or dialogue-adjacent work to build a shared learning community. SDN meets monthly and is open to students at every level of experience. Think of it as an entry point and a launchpad: you can come to test the waters, build relationships across campus, and pick up tools you can bring back to your own communities.
