Bio:
Jonathan P. Heldt, MD, is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences at UCLA, Residency Program Director, and physician informaticist for the UCLA Health System. He serves as an inpatient psychiatrist at the UCLA Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital and as Associate Program Director of Residency Education at the UCLA Semel Institute’s VA site, while also leading key educational efforts, including the Residency Core Curriculum and Semel Institute Grand Rounds. His work bridges clinical care, medical education, and health informatics, with projects focused on clinical decision support, improving provider workflows, and reducing hospital readmissions.
