Julie Elginer

As an inaugural faculty fellow in the UCLA Dialogue Across Differences program, Dr. Elginer brings her background in public health, policy, healthcare management, and nonprofit leadership to both graduate and undergraduate students. She promotes dialogue through in-class activities, small group exercises, stakeholder identification techniques, and experiential learning such as mock board meetings and case studies.

Completed the Dialogue Across Differences faculty fellowship in 24/25, routinely incorporates teaching practices and techniques into in-person and distance-based classrooms for both graduate and undergraduate students. Faculty member of the Bedari Kindness Institute Advisory Committee and the Center for the Study of Women Advisory Committee. She has completed multiple sessions at CEILS and the TLC.
