Bio:
Matt Gorlick is the Executive Director of Student Development at the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where he leads co-curricular and leadership programming across the full-time, fully employed, and Executive MBA programs. Before returning to UCLA, he gained nearly nine years of professional experience at Disney. In his current role, Gorlick coaches students and teams to develop self-awareness, leadership effectiveness, and intentional collaboration as they prepare for professional and personal growth. He holds both his B.A. and MBA from UCLA, embodying the school’s commitment to transformative leadership.
