Bio:
Dr. Minh Tran is the Director of Racial Equity Research Partnerships at the USC Race and Equity Center.
Dialogue Experience/Expertise:
Dr. Minh Tran is a Professor in the UCLA School of Education, where he specializes in intergroup dialogue and dialogue-based learning. He teaches EDUC 173, Dialogue Across Difference, a seminar that provides students with a structured space to engage in thoughtful conversation around some of the most pressing social and political issues of our time. In addition, Dr. Tran leads EDUC 192A/292A, Practicum in Intergroup Dialogue Facilitation, where he mentors and trains students to serve as peer facilitators for the EDUC 173 seminars, helping them develop skills in dialogue leadership, instruction, and conflict navigation.
