The Truth, Community Healing, and Transformation Coalition at UCLA engages constituents in proactive and responsive restorative practices to promote institutional transformation. It is a staff-led initiative that aims to enhance UCLA staff members’ capacity to build meaningful connections across all lines of difference and to address conflict skillfully when it arises.
