UCLA is home to a wealth of resources, experts, and programs that seek to advance dialogue across differences through a range of methodological approaches and perspectives. The purpose of this digital Dialogue Resources Inventory is to gather information about UCLA’s existing dialogue capacity in one place, to increase visibility of these efforts across campus, and to support Bruins to access dialogue resources and opportunities – a one-stop-shop to explore and learn about different resources related to dialogue and bridge building on campus.
This committee brings a critical stakeholder group, volunteer alumni leaders who are dedicated to equity, diversity and inclusion, and facilitates bridge-building with the university and various campus initiatives to ensure alumni voices are incorporated and considered in relation to campus-wide EDI efforts.
Learn MoreUCLA Library's Facilitator Practice Group provides opportunities for library workers to participate in and learn how to facilitate community-buidling circles from the traditions of restorative practices.

Students in this LLC will partake in dialogue to build a better understanding of religious and spiritual traditions and practices, to celebrate the religious diversity of UCLA, and to grow in understanding of their own relationship to faith.
Learn MoreThe last few decades have seen the rise of exclusionary nativism and authoritarianism, on the one hand, and the rise of various grassroots and more institutionalized social movements seeking to resist such forces, on the other. By fostering meaningful discussion and cooperative ties across difference (national, ethnic, racial, gendered, class, and more), this initiative aims to forge proactive solidarities that rest on a collective sense of agency and responsibility for the promotion of community well-being for all.
Learn MoreThe Office of Ombuds Services is a place where members of the UCLA community–students, faculty, staff and administrators–can go for assistance in resolving conflicts, disputes or complaints on an informal basis.
Learn MoreThe Restorative Culture Skill-Building Workshop series builds on a foundation of deep listening. Each session provides a safe space for practicing new skills to address challenges and conflicts in ways that are healing and restorative rather than alienating or coercive.
Learn MoreWith compassion and humanity at its core, DGSOM Restorative Practices in Academic Medicine (RPAM) builds a community where liberating dialogue and authentic collaboration foster belonging, resilience, accountability, and wellbeing for all.
Learn MoreThe RISE Center's core mission is to uplift and support every Bruin’s well-being by providing the education, resources, and tools needed to be well, belong, and become.
Learn MoreThis training is comprised of virtual interactive workshops that are designed to help us learn and practice skills to continue to cultivate an inclusive environment in the workplace and beyond. The series presents strategies to care for ourselves so we can better care for others we interact with. It then builds on that foundation by practicing skills such as self-awareness, empathy, curiosity, active listening, and clear and kind communication.
