We offer an opportunity for instructors to practice these strategies with colleagues to develop and normalize the use of effective habits for facilitation and engagement.

Through the Looking Glass
Programs or InitiativesThis training is comprised of virtual interactive workshops that are designed to help us learn and practice skills to continue to cultivate an inclusive environment in the workplace and beyond. The series presents strategies to care for ourselves so we can better care for others we interact with. It then builds on that foundation by practicing skills such as self-awareness, empathy, curiosity, active listening, and clear and kind communication.
